6. Acceptance of the order

In case of receipt of a non-compliant product, it is necessary to send a report via email to lucaraff@libero.it with photos, so that the non-compliance can be acknowledged, no later than 24 hours from receipt of the product. After this period, the Giuseppe Lucà Winery by Raffaele Lucà does not assume responsibility for the product, in line with what is stated in point 8.
