Paidèia for the Greeks meant “training”, for the Latins “education” (exdùcere: to bring out the best in oneself). Paidèia wine has been called this way because it has the advantage of encouraging the potential inherent in each of us, if taken in the right quantities. Cirò Paidèia comes from selected Gaglioppo grapes grown with millenary experience in that strip of land that extends into the blue of the Ionian Sea. Aged in oak barrels, it is a soft-tasting wine, with a very pronounced aroma, consistent body, harmonious warmth, ruby red color.
